One of the biggest concerns of winemakers is cleaning the fermenter, and our tanks are custom-designed to solve it perfectly! YME's designers will add dedicated CIP cleaning balls or manual cleaning devices for stainless steel tanks based on the customer's site usage. Manways are installed on the top and sidewalls of the tanks for easy cleaning of the tank interiors from the top and sides.
